1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any services offered by The Exhale Effect, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Exhale Effect offers wellness services including, but not limited to, sound baths and meditation sessions. The scope of these services may vary based on the specific session booked.

3. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking: All services must be booked in advance. Private, retreat support and corporate sessions are by appointment only. Public group sessions can be booked through the online event booking portal.

  2. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Revolut, Paypal, bank transfer, and major cards through our online portal for scheduling or events.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable and may be eligible to be rescheduled to another date.

  4. Reschedule Policy: Things happen in life, we get it. Rescheduling must occur up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling made after this period will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period - 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or for services rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants, or recent surgeries, prior to booking a session.

  • Personal Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • General Disclaimer: The services provided by The Exhale Effect are intended to promote relaxation and well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • Liability: The Exhale Effect and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Personal details and session records will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

The Exhale Effect reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law principles.
